1. Academic Honor Code

AptiTrove provides authentic recruitment and aptitude training. Learners agree to:

• Submit individual work during monitored placement mock exams and 1v1 arena speed duels.
• Not use unauthorized automated tools, scripts, browser extensions, or multiple accounts to inflate leaderboard standings or XP points.
• Maintain honest diagnostic engagement so that faculty placement reports accurately reflect aptitude readiness.

2. Content Provenance & Intellectual Property

All questions, stimuli, and explanations published on AptiTrove are subject to version-controlled curation with documented licensing provenance:

• Questions tagged under CC-BY / Open Educational licenses are reusable with appropriate attribution.
• Proprietary mock blueprints (e.g. company exam patterns) are simulated for educational preparation and are not affiliated with or endorsed by named corporations.
• Users who submit question reports, suggestions, or contributions grant AptiTrove a perpetual license to review and publish approved educational content.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must immediately notify the platform operator if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or institutional cohort roster.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

AptiTrove is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While our scoring engine simulates real campus recruitment patterns, mock exam clearance does not constitute a legal guarantee of employment with any company.
